1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Kelland Media website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Kelland Media provides media and advertising services including but not limited to social media marketing, graphic design, digital printing, videography, photography, web development, video editing, and custom apparel. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials required for project completion. Delays caused by late client input may affect project timelines and deliverables.
4. Intellectual Property
All creative work produced by Kelland Media remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals or contracts. A deposit may be required before work commences. Late payments may result in project suspension or additional fees as specified in the project agreement.
6. Revisions & Changes
The number of included revisions will be specified in your project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major scope changes after project commencement may require a revised proposal.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kelland Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Non-refundable deposits will be retained.
9. Changes to Terms
Kelland Media reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
